We live in the age of the “camera in everyone’s pocket” and with more than 2.5 billion camera phones in use we are entering a new dynamic era around image creation and content.

This can be broken into three phases as we enter the age of visual culture and language.

Phase One: Massive increase in photo creation

Ten percent of photos taken by humankind took place in the last 12 months

Phase Two: The Rise of Image Centric Social Networks

Photos are becoming the “universal language”. The fastest growing social media networks are not surprisingly Facebook, Tumblr and Instagram

These social networks are the names on everyone’s lips as they have embraced the visual medium and have made it easy to upload and share images and photos online.

Phase Three: Images become Interactive

 

Photos tilt your memories toward the good experiences you've had, simply because you're more likely to take photos of joyful times. When you see something beautiful, it's natural to feel a desire to claim or even own it yourself in some way—and also to share it with others. Having photos of yourself you love gives you the satisfaction of doing that.

How do I book a session?

​

I'd love to hear all about your dream session! To book your shoot, a non refundable sitting fee (session / set up) will be required to reserve your date.(not valid during COVID-19 pandemic period - check my COVID site above), please reach as early as possible to reserve your date. It is a separate fee, commonly charged by photographers, It covers my time  dedicated to the preparation and setup of our session. The time needed to scout for a location, and get all the necessary authorizations (when needed), the time to gather the right team built around your project, the time to make sure that the day of our consultation prior to our photo shoot, I might need to be able to present you several options that will suit your needs. This also includes research on make-up artists, the hair dresser and our final meeting (conference call or in-person when possible) for the reveal and purchase presentation (digital or physical presentation). It does not apply toward your portrait package unless specified. Sitting fee for portraits and private sessions as well as as for personal branding portraits, business headshots and special shootings are currently fixed accordingly. How long does a PMV photography photo shoot last?

​

This is an event, this is a celebration, and you are at the center of it! We will be working in a special location, with perhaps a complete team, and several accessories. All of this will be put together to create a magical and unforgettable experience, and of course to create your incredible images!

Like most of my commercial work, the photoshoot itself will take  at least half a day (roughly 4-5 hours) for a session. It can go up to a full day (that can be in some cases, divided in 2 separate days) and more depending on the project we are making together. This is a lifetime experience, I'm not offering a "let's shoot in 30 minutes and forget about it" type of experience. Where and when are you available?

I'm available all across Europe and the world, I'm a Swiss citizen and there are no countries where I should not be able to go. I travelled to approximately 80 countries in my life on 4 continents. I am currently based in Geneva, Switzerland.Let me know what's your plan and we figure it out.  Just contact me and we will organize your session accordingly.

Where will the session take place?

​

You might have noticed that several of my images where made on location, outdoor and indoors in various countries. In monuments, old cities, fancy hotels, parks, the United Nations and hidden gems that can be found near your place. This will be discussed with you but will be heavily depend on the price, accesibilities of the chosen location.  Some places may welcome us for free, others will ask for a favour in return (exposure exchange), and the other might ask for an additional fee. I can also create various mobile studios with various settings, (Profoto, Godox, Rotolight and Sony light technology) that will allow me to shoot with professional lighting on location inside. I can also create a personal intimate studio directly at your house! Outdoor shoots will use natural light with a blend of studio light accordingly to the situation.

Whatever the case may be, we will find a place for your project that will fit your budget and be perfect for your dream.

What kind of products do you offer?

​

Basically a photograph does not belong on a hard drive, buried and lost in a computer or a cell phone. Your portraits deserve better, should be materialized in a physical world, (for my last 2 exhibitions at the United Nations in Geneva and a University we printed  the 60 pictures on acrylic's support).  Printed products are a luxury in this digital age and they are of utmost importance to my clients. With that in mind, I'm proud to offer a stunning collection of products for you to choose from.  From printed albums that can decorate your home or be gifted, to folio collections that hold matter prints to framed artwork. Let me bring your portraits to life and you will be able to show them the way they should be seen. Prices for prints depends largely on the choice of quality you might wish to have. I am a brand influencer, a business, and I need digital content only, is that alright too?

​

Yes of course! We are living in a digital age for businesses. Show your audience that you value your brand by hiring a professional to photograph you. Let's take your visual identity to the next level together!

Consultation prior to our session will help me determine the best approach for your shoot in order to portray you in the most favorable light for your industry in which you work in and for the audience, you wish to attract. We will also exchange your goals so that we can be sure to create the most accurate content for you. What's important in today's online culture is to have a cohesive message that conveys authentically who you are, what you stand for, where you are heading and who you want to have by your side.

Will you photoshop or retouch my images?

​

Yes, each  of your final portraits will be given my signature retouch. For you, a brand, or a magazine, makes no difference for me. I deliver the same high-end quality images for all my customers. The purpose of my editing is to enhance your images in subtle and beautiful ways, it is an essential part of my process.A special treatment will be given to all images for wall art to be sure your enlargements are flawless. On the day of your reveal, you will see  a few retouched images (so you can see exactly what the edited version will look like) in addition to many unretouched options so that you can choose from a wide variety of poses and crops and expressions. Together we will select your final images and print products, then I will retouch the rest of the images you have chosen. I do not release unretouched (raw) images and will never give away or sell the raw files. I prize your portraits just as highly. I would never lessen your images by presenting something that didn't live up to my own standards.

I'm not a model, a dancer nor an athlete, can I still book a session with you?

​

If you are not a performer, nor an athlete, I will not make awkward, over the top pose with you. My team and I will help you experience a photoshoot as you've never experienced. I'll capture you in authentic portraits and help you with posing to achieve the most natural looks and expressions. We can have a professional makeup artist or/and hairstylist if you wish so that can be at your side. Let's schedule a phone consultation to chat about your shoot. Tell me what I can do for you and what you like and dislike, so that I can create the perfect session for you. When you're happy with everything, and I have all the details, we ready to book.

What should I wear?

​

We are all unique and so is every session. There is no one size fits all approach here, I listen carefully to what excites you and then together we will design a beautiful shoot concept that will be flattering to you. We will discuss what to bring in advance, and I may have various accessories that can complement our project.

I am self-conscious about my body, should I still book a photoshoot? 

​

As human beings, we are our own worst critics, but you are unique and beautiful, just the way you are. I've heard every excuse out there as to why now isn't the right time to be photographed. Now is the only time, you will be in good hands....trust me!
